Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to public transportation and major attractions. Many found the rooms comfortable and appreciated the helpfulness of some staff members. However, cleanliness issues such as dust, mould, and even bedbugs were reported by several guests, and some experienced inconsistent service. Noise from outside and lack of air conditioning were also noted as drawbacks. Overall, while the location is a major plus, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
