Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, which was close to various points of interest, offices, and stores. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained facilities. The pool was frequently mentioned as being closed or unusable, disappointing guests, especially during hot weather. Breakfast offerings were minimal or not as advertised, leading to dissatisfaction. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff members being helpful, but others were unavailable or rude. Overall, while the location was a strong point, other aspects of the hotel left much to be desired.
