Front desk staff rude and unhelpful. I was stopping over for one night en route to Boston. Upon check in, older kids and young adults were running up and down hallway shooting nerf guns. Running into walls. Screaming. Front desk rudely asked “what I wanted him to do about it?” He didn’t do anything. I checked out.

keycard to room routinely failed (over 10x during a 4 day stay- quite frustrating with a baby!) the fridge did not keep our food cold and my expressed breastmilk spoiled. when it wad turned up to the coldest setting it made a high pitched noise. housekeeping did not replenish our washcloths and gave us decaf instead of regular coffee. the facilities need improvement overall, the people who work there are great.
Hotel manager had cancelled the booking and made us wait for 2 hours without our room..

The overall condition of the room and breakfast area were poor. The floors in the bathroom were sticky and the room smelled of very strong cleaning agent which made me uneasy with an infant in the room.

The service from staff at this location was very good. Friendly and willing to help. Check in/out was flawless. The breakfast was hot and very good. Spacious breakfast area. The hotel was just off the freeway.
The light in the bathroom was a bit dim. Let's just say it was not bright enough in the bathroom. The bathroom was clean though. I may have missed this but there was no pool for the kids to enjoy.
