Breakfast saloon was not ok.
position and still having smoking rooms!
spa and gym unavailable
Good modern hotel with all the expected facilities. In the centre of Alicante but not near the beach (no problem for us). Close to the old quarter of the city which is worth a visit.
Hotel staff a bit abrupt - sometimes verging on rude.
Clean white sheets, good location.
Not a lot of information for around the area. some complimentary bathroom products would of been nice especially as only traveling with hand luggage and being a four star hotel. also hairdryer in room not working, very important for ladies.
Very friendly staff, fast checkin and check out. good central location
excellent location, rooms very tidy and clean. staff was very friendly and helpfull.
comfort and brand new condition
The Hotel overall was nice.
The breakfast was poor and not always fully supplied. I'd not like to be there when it was busy
The location was wonderful, the hotel staff was very friendly and the room was great, especially considering the discount.
Rooms very nice
Corridor smelled stuffy
