The early check-in, cleanliness of the room, nice amenities in the bathroom.
Location area, pool overtaken by pigeons, bad sun beds, no towel by the pool, all rooms with a window to a walkway and courtyard.

Clean, friendly and helpful stuff, private parking, well equipped, many things new or in good condition, nice breakfast (not magnificent though).
Breakfast was lacking local specialties, not a big deal though, good overall.

The location was great, just a short walk to the old town and water
The pool. Was really looking forward to relaxing by the pool with my book. But the birds were dreadful, plus they were going into the pool. So I didn't swim as I would of loved to and couldn't spend time there.
