This was an amazing stay. The room was impeccable with the additions of warm heavy bathrobes, down pillows, ambiance lighting and a king size bed of high quality sheets. The staff went beyond smiles, asking if we needed anything and a push to set a stage for complete comfort. We enjoyed the patio outside for drinks and appetizers that were creative and tasty. All of our encounters with staff were extremely friendly. I’m hoping to return again. Side note: this was a “staycation” and I’m thrilled we have this quality in Albuquerque.
My favorite part of the experience is that the overall feel of the h is unique and our room was clean, comfortable, spacious and b of all it felt like I was in a trendy condo vs a standard cookie cutter hotel room.hotel employee at their resta
The room was a nice size. And the robes were comfy
Valet wasn't outside. We had to give our keyd to the front desk. Upon checking out no one could find our keys. We had to wsit almost 45 min while they ran around and called people to try to find them. It was irritating considering we had to pay for valet as well. Also There is no door to the shower. It is halfway open and the head of the bed there is a huge gap so pillows fall behind the bed.
The beautiful room, the decor, the cleanliness. Very beautiful and comfortable hotel.
The location. The outside traffic noise was extremely loud-honking, screeching tires, until all hours of the night. Very difficult to sleep. It also took an hour to receive my room service order, which was just a salad.
Super clean.. friendly staff.
