Location and staff are excellent.

Preferred it as Tui Sensimar. The food is not as good as it used to be but it is very acceptable. Having a nut allergy I have to take care with my food choices. Some foods such as the fruity bread sometimes, but not always, contains walnuts and nuts appear unexpectedly in numerous dishes, even in garlic bread! There is no food labelling to assist allergy sufferers and it is extremely important that this is addressed!

The food was top rate.

Evening entertainment .....music. Very very poor. Pillows uncomfortable. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

The staff at the pool area, bar and restaurants are super heroes. So nice, polite and quick!

The receptionists were not as welcoming and helpful as expected. Had to call 3 times to get an iron board, the water was tuned off for 3, 4 hours without any notice and was told it was going to be working 2 hours earlier than it actually did. The car service can only be paid in cash, would be good to know beforehand since there is no cash machine at the hotel.

Food and service was excellent . The rest of the elements were clean

Our second stay there were ants and a smell in the room. The staff did try to help but unfortunately the hiccups were still throughout our stay and we decided to live with it . Just minor .
