We liked breakfast but the personnel wasn’t as expected; very slow when asked for something and unaware of some of the procedures regarding the use of the coffee machines.

Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable.
Staff was generally distant and unengaging/impersonal. While waiting in the queue to check in, a guy jumped the queue and then managed to get the attention of five staff members (!) while the rest of us continued waiting. Dinner was bland at best. Dining room was like a huge cafeteria.

- Very good and complete breakfast - Really nice and friendly staff - Big rooms with nice amenities, such as daily coffee - Amazing outdoor space and private acess to the beach - Nice to have some free shuttles going between the Hotel and Albufeira
- Some smaller aspects such as some furniture being a bit outdated, and not all power plugs in the bedroom being properly working - SPA is nice, but the indoor pool is cold - Location is a bit off, if you dont plan to take a car
