Pros (+) Absolutely disgusting.
Cons (-) bloody sheets, toe nails, pubes on bed, fruit flies everywhere, sticky black goo on door, spider webs. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at, and the GM refused to give money back. Avoid at all costs!!
Pros (+) The price and the hotel was able to get me a better room
Cons (-) I booked through hotwire and they gave me a smoking room. I was very upset since I did not want a smoking room.

Cons (-) Even with a confirmation number they couldn't find my reservation. All hotels within 15 miles were sold out. I slept in my car.
Pros (+) Comfortable rooms and was quiet. No overly bad smells. Good price but could be better. Great for anyone visiting SUNY if they want to be right by it.
Cons (-) Hot water took too long to come through hot. Big pillows instead of 2 small pillows like usual was odd. Distance from downtown is frustrating .. $15 cab for 2 back from Lark isn't terrible but feels so far away. Again price is good but still for this could be better.
