Nothing about the visit was pleasing.
Fire the front desk lady with the bad wig.
Pros: Feeway accessible with a Mall, many businesses and places to eat nearby. Clean for the most part.
Cons: Reception was tepid at best. The young man at the front desk seemed to be in a dark mood and annoyed with any questions. The room itself was extremely small and tight making it hard for just 2 people to navigate in. Nowhere to put luggage & there was absolutely no counter space or shelving in the closet-sized bathroom which was almost too small to use.
Not clean, outdated, loud
An okay visit
I like the quietness, breakfast.
The fact that everything was white like the bed sheets and shower curtains. The room was very tiny and the tub also. It was not what i expected from the advertisement ad. The tub filled up with water very quickly.
Worst hotel ever stayed in.
Bed was so uncomfortable that I felt like sleeping on the floor.
Due to my late check in I was given a room that was obviously for smokers. Total experience a disaster. Everything I had with me will need to go to the cleaners to remove the smell.
Smelled, garbage not emptied
Easy access to the interstate, food, shopping; affordable rate and decent free breakfast selections.
Loved the convenience to the highway, staff was very helpful with directions.
Hotel oversells itself on the website. While there is nothing wrong with the hotel, the image is of a cozy, almost luxurious place for a bargain price. It is a roadside motel, and should sell itself as such.
The front desk staff was very personable and accommodating. Room was smal, but also reasonably priced during Saratoga's peak season
The Breakfast was ok for the money and the staff was helpfull.
The room was to small.
Quick check-in, light breakfast availalbe, parking available
Room was extremely small, hall carpets ripped and dirty, asked for no smoking room but smelled otherwise, ac unit very loud and offensive smell came from it when on, no elevator access to second floor
The front desk staff was friendly.
My room was pretty depressing. Stained blankets and carpeting. Overall, the room did not look to be very clean.
