Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beachfront location and friendly, attentive service. Many enjoyed the spacious common areas, good breakfast, and private beach access. However, several reviews highlighted disappointment with the outdated rooms and bathrooms, cleanliness issues, and problems with air conditioning and noise. While some guests appreciated room upgrades and beautiful views, others felt the property needed renovation to match its advertised standard. Overall, the positive aspects centered on location, staff, and beach facilities, but room quality and maintenance were recurring concerns.
