Almost everything was fine. I travelled with my family including 2 years old child, so feeding question was critical for us. I liked wery much the All inclusive option with great choice of good quality meals. My daughter liked a lot evening mini-disco and childs room with attentive servant. The Cleopatra beach is just 2 min. walk as well as the center of the town with a lot of shops, cafees, restaraunts. I think i will use the hotel again. See you soon!
Door to the balcony is broken (room 2504), it was tricky to open and close it. Shower space is very short. The place is not quiet in the evening, so room could be more noise isolated to get asleep easier.
The shows in the night
Staff wasn't bad, helpfully. Very good location
Even in all inclusive we couldn't get any drinks apart from beer and wine until 6pm
We were very impressed by the service staff, quality and quantity of food. The overall male service staff is very friendly and polite and the dinners, breakfast and lunches make the stay especially worthwhile! The staff is quick, professional and charming and the choice of food is immense! There are great vegetarian options! The location of the hotel is the best one can find - just across the street is the beautiful park and a magnificent beach. Overall - would definitely stay there again!
The overall service was very proper. One small downside was the overall quality of wireless internet (very good in the lobby and pool area, but very poor in the room). Also we felt our privacy disturbed by maintenance service: we are ones who would not like to be disturbed in the room during any stay and do not expect any linens or towels to be changed. Despite having the do not disturb sign on the door, a service made, speaking in Turkish, knocked and entered, holding money in her hand, asking for something we did not understand. Such thing has never happened at any other hotel. Secondly - we were woken up during the night to the screeches of furniture being dragged in our neighboring room, as it was being cleaned 1AM. We asked them to be quiet, but as it was the night before an early departure, crucial sleep was lost. That is also a first time such thing has happened - the staff as well as guests deserve to sleep at night.
