Pros: The hotel is absolutely charming and was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotels are so wonderfully situated next to the beautiful Piazza Luigi Pirandello. I was surprised how easy it was to find despite crooked streets of the city. Parking is complementary in a garage about 50 m down below the plaza.

I had asked for a room just facing the Concordia temple before arriving, but unfortunately I was given a room from which we could not see the temple from the window. I went to reception and the staff solved the problem right away by giving me a great room with the view. The villa offers private access to the Valley which is just great.

Pros: Location is fantastic and we had a room with a terrace overlooking the Temple of Concordia. The rooms are spacious and clean, with all the expected facilities, comfortable beds and excellent (very quiet) aircon. It's a 5-10 minute walk through the olive groves up to the Temples, using the hotel's own entrance gate. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and this was a highlight of our holiday - certainly not cheap but the location, food, service and ambience (excellent pianist) combined to make it a memorable evening. My daughter and I also had a massage in the spa, and this was very relaxing.

Cons: The service should be better for a 5 star hotel and for the price. That’s a general issue in southern Italy though. It needs more staff. With all the young Italians looking for a job (and now their social cost is down to zero), it’s a shame not to have more people working in the hotel. Nobody’s welcoming you at your arrival. There’s only one nice guy doing what he can to handle arrivals, departures, entrance to the temples and more. The pool bar should be better too. I’d go back, but it needs an upgrade

Pros: The location of the hotel was great, close to the Valley of the Temples which could be seen from our bedroom window. I was sick when I arrived and they arranged a Doctor to do a home visit which was great. Staff were lovely and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and had a great meal. Highly recommend.

We had to leave early on our last morning to drop our hire car at Palermo airport and they provided us with a breakfast to take with us. Thankyou again. The breakfast was abundant and we had the best and freshest bread and croissants we have had in our 4 weeks travelling in Italy so far. You are to be recommended on your attention to this detail and we can tell you it is appreciated. The coffee was also great!

Pros: An unusual place :-) The room "Ludwik XIV" has an amusing style :-) and nice balcony. Location of this B&B is great and the host is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is serve to the room. Fantastic coffe! Very comfy bed !!! We had some problems with shower (it was hard to set good water temperature) but in general everything was fine!

Cons: Service. We hoped to arrive one hour later, it didn't fix. Very unflexible. There were many rules and commands on the table, on the walls, on the door. No wishes. The first breakfast was in Cafe Bar, not closed to. Second breakfast the owner gave to the room. No one explains anything. There are outside big stairs, many steps from the car parking. Not easy with big luggage.

Cons: The shower drainage wasn't the greatest and we had to shut the water off very quickly to prevent the water from overflowing the very shallow shower stall.

Pros: Great stay. The hotel is really comfortable, the garden and pool are huge and beautiful. Restaurant very good as well. We only stayed one night but after even after checking-out and visiting the Temples (2min away by car) for 2 hours, Francesco and Lorenzo were so nice they let us take a swim and relax at the pool before going back on the road. It was a really nice gesture! We recommend
