Dorms max. 4 berths, quite small, cleanliness good, very nice welcome at the reception, automatic door system, bed linens, etc. were provided
No doors on the shower, although all-female floor, would have prefered a possibility to lock the shower. Furthermore, could also do with additional shelves or hooks
Friendly helpful staff, standard hostel facilities.
The hostel is always so comfortable, welcoming and is situated really well too. Everything you need is there and the property is kept spotless.
I liked the shared kitchen, dining and lounge facilities to meet friendly and like-minded people. These facilities were available all hours too. And the friendly staff and a decent wi-fi connection made everything perfect.
I liked everything really. Of course, staying in a dorm isn't quite as comfortable as a private room, but that was my choice, making my stay very affordable.
The showers take two or three minutes to warm up. One of them was cold despite waiting ten minutes. Common bathroom in the pass had its shower out of order. No towels for people using the dorms. First time in my life it happened despite having travelled in several countries. It's stupid and outrageous as even a two star hotel always provides towels. Location is not convenient. Look for another hostel closer to the station instead of paying £2.25 for the bus to get to this hostel. Neither free tea and coffee provided. The main manager, an unpleasant scottish woman, was treating as he was doing me a favour. Don't go there. It's not worth the money
