This flight was a code share on Air New Zealand.
The flight cancellation and process for getting a new flight was not that clear. United also had some delays that were unexpected. I am the most disappointed by the fact that I originally bought a Lufthansa ticket, only to be flown by United.
All planes flying to Mexico City are very old. Seats don’t even have power outlets.
Flight cancelled because of the grounded 737s. United was good about it and got us onto a later Alaska Airlines flight to Oakland (not San Francisco as originally intended). Had to go through security again and my wife dropped her MacBook Pro, which broke, a $2,500 whoopsie. But we made it home.

The weather caused a delayed but I was impressed how United did everything they could to try to get us out which included bussing us to the plane doing a Hardstand and bringing us to the plane since the fog was too thick to tow the plane from the overnight stay in the cargo area.
I bought internet for the flight. Don’t waste your money. I wasn’t able to download a 1 Mb file from Google Docs during a 3-4 hr period. You can only use WhatsApp and email if you are willing to wait.
Internet was not working for a bet . Hard to order food with our credit card because it was not in your system .
