The Lufthansa part was wonderful. The short connection flight was not.

Nothing can I say I liked. Food was horrible. Entertainment system didn't work. Crew's attitude was bad. They all were Chinese and wanted to speak Chinese. Baggage missed my connection at Frankfurt even though it was more than 60 minutes for my connection. It came in the next flight of 3 hours later at 16.15 Portugal time but they said they will deliver to me next day. I requested them that I had to go to a dinner meeting so needed clothes and there were medical documents in the bag which I needed for my Doctors appointment on the next day morning. But all no use. Then I had to take taxi, go to airport at 9PM and collect my bags myself and brought bags to my hotel. Will avoid Lufthansa at any cost and same I will suggest to everybodyelse.

So far so good. I missed my flight because of the Lufthansa diversion. United helped me to figure out how to get accommodations from Lufthansa for my long layover. They help me book appropriate onward flight.

Good with last minute upgrade Clt to Munich comfortable. Wish same offer had been there Mumbai to Munich

Good boarding experience, staff was very friendly. No entertainment was provided and vegan/veg food items did not taste good.

You need to reimburse me for my seats purchased and luggage.

Flight crew was ok but in terms of child-friendliness, no one beats KLM and even most US carriers are better. Economy class got smaller and smaller over the years but still better than AA or Delta. Food was pretty good and pre-boarding with our infant was available.

Flight was over 2 hours late due to a technical issue with a cockpit door not closing and the plane had to be cleaned again that cut into the departure time.

Delayed, took forever to get luggage out of the flight. Worst short flight within Europe we've had.

There was no entertainment for complete journey it was terrible experience
