Short flight so no entertainment, turbulence so no food service - overall flight as expected

All was good, the only thing was it didn't run on time.

The staff and crew on board were excellent. Business class however, was very weird. I thought we would have individual pods, but the way it was set up was unexpected. Not very private and If you wanted to lay down, you had to have an entire bed made up for you by the crew, rather than how Delta one works where you could just lie down whenever you feel like it. It was a 16 hour flight. I chose not to have my bed made, and that turned out to be a good idea because everybody who had their bed made had to wait for the crew to roll up their mattresses. So strange!

Crew were pleasant, happy to be there and were a joy to be around. Entire operation was professional, well thought out and ran like a Swiss clock.

United flight from SFO to PDX was cancelled. I will ask for a refund. Had to book on Alaska

Good food and entertainment options. Great Staff that were all welcoming and caregiving.

Flight was canceled due to technical issue shortly before the check-in counters opened. Passengers were rebooked on a flight three days later. Request to be accommodated on Air Tahiti Nui could not be processed. Customer service sorted out the refund after calling and being put on hold for almost an hour.

Carring crew, nice ambiance of the cabin, comfortable beds, good food well served. We liked everything.

2 of the 6 economy toilets were out of order. Drinks were not offered often enough - you have to order on-screen, which is often unavailable. Snacks and Milo ran out very early. Crew was fine but I think there was a sticking issue

Flight attendants are always pleasant and helpful. Pilot kept us updated.

It was confusing because I got a notification that my gate was changed when in reality it wasn’t

No air in the middle rows. Had a hard time breathing. Was dying of heat.

Awful, horrible customer service. Flight got delayed and had to spend y the night in Bogota as a result. Very poor

Honestly, best experience I've had with an airline in recent memory. Flight was on time, comfortable seats, snacks and entertainment was top notch.

Got automatically assigned a middle seat, unless I fork out extra money for seat assigment.

I liked that we arrived earlier, you could improve your snacks give away

temperature, temperature, temperature. it was hot as balls and everyone around me was complaining and constantly adjusting their vents

It was ok until we got to DC and I wanted to use my United Club pass and the snobbish receptionist said that they don’t take one pass. It took me everything itch of patience not to tell her off

Delays!!! Maintain your planes so your customers don’t have to sit on their assess for over an hour on the tarmac!! Also, United app is buggy. Videos did not load. Overall a miserable experience. Flight crew was awesome though.

We sat on runway for an 1 hour because they were short handed at key west airport was not fun

Awful customer service on the phone. No phone number on the website to call a real person. Website says changes are no charge but this is a lie. I had a cheaper ticket through Kayak therefore Finnair wouldn’t change it unless I would pay the entire fare again. I begged but their agents at the airport were rude and the online chat person cut off the call with no help. Super disappointed. Wont fly this airline again and will tell everyone I meet how bad it is. Crew on the flight was nice but otherwise huge disappointment.

The main flight was OK but the second flight was chaotic with delays

Boarding time was easy & quick. Crew was excellent. In-flight entertainment was great/easy. Seats are too small and not enough room between rows: felt like a sardine/very cramped.

Our original flight was delayed and we almost missed our layover. Fortunately they delayed the second flight as well due to the number of people being on both flights so we got lucky. But it was due to mechanical issues which was frustrating.

The Wi-Fi is more expensive on AA that other airlines and it doesn't cover the whole flight; it's by the hour. So, the Wi-Fi for the flight from Spokane to Phoenix is $45. They also charge for checked luggage, unlike airlines like Southwest. The only plus side was that there are power outlets on the flight, and you get a full can of soda, instead of a partial, like most other airlines.

Boarding was efficient. On board drink was slow. Temperature was a bit warm in the beginning.

Gate change was a little tough but it was a good flight otherwise

The flight attendants were rude. People sitting next to me agreed as well. Wifi wasn't to bad... it went into and out a few times.

Flight was delayed after boarding and no idea when it would take off. Crew in Portland did arrange for transport to Boston for a different set of flights to my destination.

There is no food or entertainment on these short flights. Again the wheelchair situation in Denver is nasty. They are short staffed due to cut backs and layoffs and this impacts on travel comfort and ease.

New Airbus 220 with all the amenities. Not sure why hot beverages were not served as flight turned out to be very smooth…

They did not have any meal options left on the menu. Only snacks.

Great. As a tall person the seats are quite cramped.

Terrible crew. Mediocre food. Terrible headphones. No Bluetooth connection for entertainment. Crying babies. Horrible experience.

I really didn't flight from Toronto to Sydney Because my flight was cancelled for the snow But you guys help me lot and put me in the flight from Toronto to Halifax I give you at 10/10 because was really good Just I had to drive 4 hours to be home

The flight was cancelled and the flight they booked me on in lieu of was repeatedly delayed, meaning my arrival time was delayed from about 8:30 pm until after midnight. The airline offered little explanation and no recompense for this 4-hour delay.

Both legs of my flight were delayed and my luggage did not arrive at my destination. It was a very frustrating experience.

This is my second time taking Air Canada‘s non stop flight from Sarasota to Toronto. The flight lands much later than it has in previous years which I don’t like and both times it’s been delayed. I spoke to other passengers and they have had the same experience with this flight almost always being delayed. Also they force passengers from zone 4 and up to check their carry on bag as there isn’t enough over head space on full flights.

The only complaint, and it was a HUGE HASSLE, was the carrier of the flight from Newark to Toronto on flight AC 3711. On my itinerary it stated that the flight was 'Operated by REPUBLIC AIRLINES/UNITED EXPRESS'. Translation: it was a United Airlines flight. Different terminal, which meant frustration with inability to check in at Terminal A, needing to catch a shuttle to Terminal C. I told my friend who was picking me up that I was flying United Airlines. She waited for me at the United Airlines terminal in Toronto, except I arrived at the Air Canada terminal. Very confusing and difficult for all of us. Better communication is needed when other airlines operate Air Canada flights.
