The apartment very clean and comfortable.

The owner attitude was very bad and he didn’t like arab people. There is no big sin board give you the right direction on the location.

The guesthouse's location is just perfect; from the balcony you can have a clear view towards Kitzsteinhorn's slopes and lifts. Amazing! Zell am See, Kaprun and other great ski-areas are really close. The apartment is clean. The hosts are really friendly and nice.

Usually I don't have negative comments. This one is an exception, but I have to put it down. Last-minute booking, was really glad to find the property. However, when paying the price for the apartment, it turned out that there were extra fees which were not shown on Booking. Also, it was not shown that we can't pay via card. Had to draw money from the bankomat, which cost of course. The hosts are nice, yet they could be more flexible. It turned out, that we couldn't have checked in around 11 pm. We never had such an issue before in Austria, check-in could be adjusted flexibly. Made several requests, even phone-calls to have check-in happen around 11 pm (coming from 600 km after work, we needed this time). No English-speaking at all, which made things difficult. At the end, via phone (having a poor German) we arranged to check-in till 9 pm. It meant a rush, leaving work immediately, packing like crazy. It was not that nice. However, we could make it till 9 pm. Waiting for the speed-tickets however because of our hurry. Heating. During the night the heaters were completely cold. When mentioning this, the answer came that there is no way to change the thermostat-settings, it's automatic. I've not seen such a thing in Austria until now. Cooking was enabled only for an extra fee, which was a surprise also, so we decided not to cook, having been paying an additional load of money already. Other than these things, we liked the place. :)
