Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's stunning, remote location and the unique, immersive experience it offers in nature. The staff is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and dedicated, with many reviewers highlighting the eco-friendly ethos and conservation efforts. Snorkeling, nature walks, and the peaceful atmosphere are standout positives, and many guests found the accommodations charming and comfortable for an eco-lodge. However, some guests felt the value for price was lacking, with several noting that the food, especially breakfast, was repetitive or basic for the high cost. Amenities were generally appreciated, but a few guests mentioned issues with wifi, bedding, and room features. Overall, the experience is considered exceptional for those seeking tranquility and a connection with nature, though not for those expecting luxury.
