good price, nice room, pretty good food in the restaurant
Our family was quite upset about the entire hotel and its services. - The equipment including the swimming pool matches to 3* hotel rather than 5*. The photos look better than the reality. - Only English speaking persons are the girls at the reception. If you want to order something in the restaurant, the waitress will take you to the reception for the translation. Our first drinks arrived in 20 mins (we were the only guests there). - There is a loud club music with strong bass at the swimming pool every day. If you wanna take your baby with you, you can forget it, if you do not want to make her/him upset. Same for the guests in the rooms heading to the swimming pool (you need to be loud music lover). - The hotel sells swimming pool access to the public during the weekends. It means that you cannot almost grab any seat and the swimming pool is full. It is not acceptable for the guests who paid for some kind of services. - Tho hotel rooms have a quite strange layout. Once you place your suitcases on the floor, there is not so much place to move across the room. - The breakfast is almost same every day: scrambled eggs with some veggie or sausage, boiled eggs, sausages, cucumber, tomatoes, ham, cheese, some cereals and local bread. - Last night, there was a group of tourist arriving at 5am morning who was literally shouting at the corridor. Maybe a local behaviour, I cannot judge but I would appreciate if the receptionist would calm them down next time. It would definitely help me to take some sleep. - Shower handle was broken and the water was running everywhere. No curtains either. - Stairs are everywhere - difficult for managing stroller or disabled persons.
Wifi was good and a okay breakfast. The pool was clean and big. Also the Cesar Salat was very good.
1. We ordet the suite with a bath tob, but there was no on the room bath tob. 2. The balls for the pool table were to Big. 3. The handles for the soccer table was put on the wrong Way. 4. A lot og People in the hotel but poor service. 5. To loud Music at the pool and too Manu kids.
The spacious rooms, but I have to say that we had the king size luxurious rooms with jacuzzi.
Although the room is big, this hotel does not deserve its 5 stars. First of all there were ants in the bathroom and the shower was broken. Second of all the noise was unberable: from the pool one could hear loud music at 8 am, and from the restaurant at midnight. Although we called the reception every time, they weren't kind at all, saying that there is nothing they could do, that we should wait because the restaurant is supposed to be closing at midnight. So they must have a sign saying that the hotel's guests are only allowed to sleep between midnight and 8 am. Third of all, the breakfast is far from regular. When asking specifically for the vegetarian breakfast they assure you that you have many vegetarian options... Well, our options in the morning were cucumber and tomatoes. Not to mention the fact that the hotel is 30 minutes from the center by car, in the middle of nowhere. All in all, I've had better experiences at 2-3 stars hotels than Caucasus, so I don't recommend it.
The interior of the room is amazing. The hotel itself and the view from the rooms is very nice. The place is very picturesque. The price is worth it.
The hotel is a bit far from the city, it is outside yerevan. The staff in the reception dont know how to answer queries, only one person which i think the manager is knowledgeable about everything
The hotel looks very good, it is really 5 stars, it has a very flourish architecture, pleasant in perfect harmony and symmetry. A very big 10 for the hotel itself.... BUT :(
But the staff is very poorly prepared, very poor english,(HELLO MANAGER!), those people are way too low for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is not 5 stars and the last thing this hotel it is far from the city. But with a car is not a problem.
