The staff were great.
Ad should clearly state that parking is offsite and is not free. $30 overnight.
The food was nice in the morning
There was no parking first of all, had to spend $14 overnight to park across the street in a public parking space. No bellhop in the hotel and the security guy wanted me to bring the trolley with my luggage (after a journey longer than 13 hours on road, mind you) all the way up to the room and also asked me to bring it down once I'm done. The corridors smelled like marijuana and ciggarettes. There were too many people out in the corridors yelling and fighting at 3 in the morning.
The free breakfast.
No free parking. Add another 35 dollars to a daily stay . The water was dark and dirty. Hardly any hot water to shower and brown water couldnt vrush my teeth or sgmhower some days
Complimentary breakfast! Great choices and well prepared and served! Attentiveness of Melany to requests, starting with storing my luggage during my day of sign in!
Sink in Bathroom was poorly cleaned, which I pointed out to Melany. Otherwise, altho worn carpet and painting, which really are minor. Safety was not an issue with Security guard and not paying attention to those lolling outside. There were many persons with hospital needs I was told, and I greeted even the handyman!
Breakfast was good. Staff was nice.
No hot water. Cable kicked in and out constantly.
