The staff was helpful and kind.
The potatoes on the continental breakfast were cold and uncooked. Some condiments were not replenished. The switch plate in the room was broken and the hook on the bathroom door was broke. The room itself was mediocre in appearance.

The person at the front desk when I checked in (Michelle?- or maybe Melissa- sorry- my brain is a bit tired from all the miles I have recently traveled) was super friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast selection was really nice- your scrambled eggs were some of the best I have had in a hotel breakfast.
For the purpose of my one night stay everything was just right.

Staff was outstanding. Very helpful from our arrival to when we left. Beds were comfortable and bedroom area clean and tidy. Whirlpool was a very nice plus after walking all day at Colonial Williamsburg.
Bathroom could use a bit of TLC. Toilet was loose from the floor, but thankfully didn't leak. Also noticed some mold in floor corners on tub caulking. That could be cleared up fairly quickly.

The hot tub felt great and the pool was heated which really helped since our small grandkids were with us they absolutely loved it.
