Pros (+) From the people at the front door and the front desk to the restaurant and pool bar, the service and attention to detail was outstanding. Hotel is walking distance to the historic downtown district.
Cons (-) We had one minor issue while there, but it was brought to management's attention and remedied immediately. Very well managed property.

Pros (+) The location of this hotel is great, but there are plenty of other hotels nearby with better ocean views that aren't obstructed by cruise ships 6 out of 8 nights from Christmas through New Year's Day for a lot less than the $3000 USD that I paid.
Cons (-) This hotel caters to cruise ships guests over their own guests. Imagine having a beautiful ocean view room with sunsets blocked by cruise ships most of your stay.
