Breakfast was very good. Front desk was amazing. They replied to my phone call at two am momentarily. They called taxi for us. They delivered hot tea, they provided the best service possible. Compared to our stay in Carmel by the sea when we paid $400 per night, front desk service in Voronezh is outstanding
Perhaps front desk should discourage people taking Karl Marx street down to the Admiralty Sq.

The Location was very good near very nice near very nice restaurants. the rooms were a good size and clean. you only enter your floor with your key card and no one else can enter. There is parking right in front of the hotel.
There is no Art and not much of a boutique hotel. Although the hotel seemed empty the rooms were not near each other.
