8.8 Excellent
Pros: Suite looks like the best option. It’s spacious enough, comfortable to place all the belongings, good sitting area to spend time. Bathroom and restroom are separate. There are enough amenities, more than you would expect from Vladivostok hotel. Air conditioner is strong enough to keep the room warm and placed well enough not to be directed on sleeping guests. You should drive a car if you need to move around so make sure you know where the hotel is. We didn’t see any car rent options from the hotel though. Sedanka City mall is pretty close from the hotel and is suitable for any kind of shopping. Will definitely come back.
Cons: There is no jacuzzi the way you expect. Either you don’t touch it or you get a bath full of stinky water with whatever-it-was-nasty floating in the water. Sad. We were tired and hoping for relax. The bath used up all the hot water I guess because we had to take a cool shower in the end. We were aware of having to carry all our stuff to the 3rd floor without elevator. It’s not all that bad, the stairs are quite low-pitched. Breakfast is served to the room, should be paid separately, and the selection is poor. Pancakes tasted well though. Nothing bad here, just be ready and bring your own snacks.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: This is a very small hotel adjacent to some kind of an outdoor party facility, decorated with flowers, nice playground for children etc. Families and friends come here at the weekends for family events. I guess the idea of this hotel was to let guests stay overnight after partying. Later it transformed into offering stays for "normal" guests. The hotel itself is equipped with everything you need. The room is large with comfortable double bed, shower room, fridge and all the amenities. We traveled with a child and the hotel prepared an extra clap bed for our child for less then 10 euro for the whole length of our stay. Breakfast was served right in the room for no extra price, we could also choose the time- lovely. There is a restaurant downstairs with quite extensive menu, the food is freshly cooked. We especially loved herbal tees and local specialties. There is also sauna with Russian Banya and Turkish Hamam facilities - very nice and reasonably priced. We traveled by car and that's why had no any issue with mobility. Without a car it is not a good idea as there is nothing around. Although public bus stops just around the corner. Staff is very friendly and attentive, although they don't speak English. But somehow communication worked just fine for us. The hotel accepts all major cards, so no trouble with money exchange and safety. Price vs value is more than reasonable! I recommend this hotel for travelers with car.

6.3 Good
Pros: The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. They could leave my breakfast until the evening because I missed it in the morning. The hotel could extend my stay in the room for 3 hours for free.
Cons: The floor in the room was never cleaned, also it looked like the towels weren’t changed either. On the last day of my stay there was no water in the hotel, so I couldn’t take a shower on time. No one warned me in advance. The receptionist could extend my stay in the room for 3 hours. So when the water was back, I could take a shower and check out. Breakfast is totally the same every day. The hairdryer wasn’t working properly: every time it turned off after 10 seconds. The room is too small and there were insects in the bathroom. In the late evening the receptionist let 3 men go to the hotel restroom, though they weren’t the hotel guests. Thus, I’m not sure about the hotel security. Overall, it’s overpriced for such quality.
9.6 Excellent

Cons: Need to walk uphill for 1-2 blocks to reach the hotel.

Pros: Good location, close to city center. Not much restaurants nearby, but restaurant with sea foods at first floor quite nice. The bath is very... very small, no sense to have a such small bath in bathroom but just a shower could be better.
Cons: bath!

Pros: Breakfast is perfect with Russian traditional food and cosy area.

7.1 Good
Pros: Restaurant
Cons: Bathroom - critically small, unpleasant shower curtain, poor construction - this kind of shower should have a better incline of the floor. Here it is not easy for the water to go away, all the bathroom floor is full of water after the shower. It is extremly slippery and unpleasant. The safety mat on the floor is not very pleasant too.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I would say one of the best hotels in Vladivostok, great service and facilities.
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good value for money. Rooms looked professionally decorated and were spotless. Staff were highly professional. Excellent restaurant within the building.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very close from sea park and Botanical garden
Cons: No Banya and a little bit far from centeral square
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Superb hotel. Don’t be put off by the fact that it’s just outside the city - a 20 min taxi ride into the centre of Vladivostok costs about US$6. Inexpensive buses service the road and a city-bound train stops at nearby Sanatornaya regularly. Top value for money. Limoncello is a nice romantic restaurant. Rooms are spotless. Comfortable beds. You won’t find this value for money in Vladivostok, believe me, I have checked. Staff are so professional. Administrator Albina in particular has outstanding hospitality-tourism professionalism and she solved a number of complex logistics issues for me on two stays at the hotel in 2018. All the other staff are amazing.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved how kind hotel staffs are. I made a stain on the sheet in the night and they changed it even it was after 11pm. They were very helpful; Provided city map, assisting me late night, calling taxi for airport. Also, I could control room tempareture on my own(someone left review that room was cold but it was not true). I asked something they can not assist me but they tried what they can do. It was genuine courtesy which I was appreciated. Location was perfect.
Cons: None.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location is fairly central, rooms were good size, bathrooms fine. All very clean. Stayed on the executive floor which was not fancy, but provided food and drink and a place for colleagues to meet for work
Cons: The entrance to the hotel is confusing. Not clear where it was as all covered with advertisements. Minor point that the air conditioning in my room was stuck at 16 degrees.. so had to keep turning it on and off. 5.8 Okay
Pros: The room was clean and cleaning service was decent. Location is good too, near the intercity bus terminus.
Cons: Breakfast was terrible. Like during the weekend it was passable -- several types of eggs (omelet, sunny-side up), a bit of veggie, cheese and bologna, pancakes. Also, everything was cold and looked not fresh. Jam/sour cream ran out soon and was never refilled. On Monday situation changed and we barely could find anything to eat -- cold omelet, old veggies, cold pancakes. Was not pleasant at all! So we decided to skip breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday. Worst experience I have had so far, even in the small cities in the middle of China the breakfast was better. Extremely disappointed. Staff in the cafe (breakfast time) was unfriendly and not paying attention to the visitors, looked half-sleeping. The kitchen had no exhaust fan it seems, during the whole day extremely strong cooking smell filled all the rooms and shared spaces of the hotel, even on the 4th floor!

7.9 Good
Pros: Staff, breakfast, security clean, parking,
Cons: Thought a little expensive so far from centre. Wash 4 t shirts and 1 jeans $100 AUD?
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The distance from the main city is little bit far, hit there's a supermarket and good restaurants next to the hotel. And also bus stations is near the hotel, so the distance is not that matter at all.
7.9 Good
Pros: Comfortable rooms with air-conditioning and bathroom
Cons: The hotel is not 200 m from railway station, that information on booking.com is wrong. It's almost 4 km, about 15 min by bus.
7.5 Good
Pros: Not too close to Main Street but not too far. Crews dose not smile but i like them.
Cons: Window view. I can’t say more....
8.3 Excellent
Pros: simple and nice breakfast. five kinds of set, you can choose one set. Sandwich, bread and so on. clean room and convenient transport by bus or taxi. just on the roadside, there's a supermarket around 100 meters away. Very nice hotel stuff.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great (but not the dragon who served it).
Cons: Parking isn't free as stated, it's 150 rubles per day. Not a lot but why not just advertise from the outset.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Everyone was unkind;(
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean, staff are very kindly, everything good.
Cons: Little bit far from city.
5.0 Okay
Pros: I wanted to check in a day earlier. All the people who came by early flights were standing as the lobby did not have enough space. The staff was not quite friendly. I tried their breakfast while waiting. It was rather poor. Though I had to pay for the cancellation I was glad that I found a good 4 star hotel. The difference in price was negligible.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Good cheap dining haven't, haven't 1 min walk
Cons: Cheap but don't expect much for your ruble. Paper thin walls and rooms that have clearly been smoked in for decades before the new law came in.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Solid breakfast, clean rooms and a surprisingly nice gym. On a hill but a quick 5 min walk into town
8.3 Excellent
Pros: wonderful location great hospitality
Cons: many temporary workers serving guests, causing minor inconveniences
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Friendly staff
Cons: Breakfast was a bit boring
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good location at the centre with nice views of the city from the upper floors. good wifii. Friendly staff.
Cons: Small breakfast room meant we had to queue for breakfast. Breakfast itself was nothing special.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Room, cleaning, breakfast choice, location
Cons: I understand that the peak season is burdening the facilities, but this is no excuse for a 5 star (!!) hotel to have a 15-20 min waiting queue for breakfast. I have never seen that and I stay very often in high rated hotels. Since the hotel has another restaurant, it should as well be used as a supplementary breakfast facility. Second - overworking air conditioning, even when outside was 20 degrees C. No wonder both restaurants were almost empty during the dining time (staff explained that the air conditioning system is general for the whole hotel and can not be adjusted just for one hall).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location and kind staffs. If I visit vladivostok again, I would like to stay here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was within walking distance to everything you need, museums, the central square, shopping, the funicular, etc. Also the view from my 10th floor window was nice. And the staff was very helpful.
Cons: It was a little strange that the Korean restaurant was always empty. I ate there one night for dinner and I was the only person there. Also, I was the only person at the Sky Bar after the 4 other people left. There was even live music, but they stopped singing and after a while I asked if they were taking a break, and they were, but came back to sing just for me. That night there was a prom being held on the 3rd floor in one of the big banquet rooms and they sounded like they were having much more fun. I know there were lots of guests at the hotel because they were always in the breakfast room at breakfast. Also, the lobby needs something more welcoming like fresh flowers, more furniture or a fountain. It’s just one big space with four big ottomans sitting in the middle.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location. Our room had a lovely view. Check-in most efficient - even at our 3am arrival.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is good

9.1 Excellent

8.8 Excellent
Pros: super great location, large rooms, cleanliness
Cons: the building and the rooms seem to be quite old, supposedly they haven't been renovated for a while , the window in the room didn't open so it felt quite stuffy even with the conditioner on
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The reception staff are fantastic. All 3 that I dealt with spoke good English and went out of their way to help, one even spent over an hour helping me get tickets to the Ballet. The hotel itself has a grand if slightly worn European charm to it but there is some renovation work going on.
Cons: I’ve heard it’s a country wide issue but the (shower) plumbing was a bit iffy. The breakfast was basic too - which is a shame because the breakfast room itself is wonderful! The hotel has the potential to be something special.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a authentic friendly Russian hotel with large quiet room.
Cons: All was good.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Only Location
Cons: Not Clean, Not good breakfast
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location good!
7.9 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: No decent breakfast. Hotel had a canteen on the first floor but it opened at 0800AM only, which means that if you had a meeting at 08.30 somewhere in the city, you’d go hungry.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location, Location Some of the desk staff great Everything else was good.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Tha attitude of the receptionist was very polite and warmful. She helped us bring meal boxes for breakfast since we left from the hotel before starting breakfast.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Location in the downtown.
Cons: It was too hot in the room on the 4th floor. There was not option to reduce heating. If you open the window, it became noisy. Also something was buzzing above the room, seems that it was some sort of utility equipment. On the breakfast I found a cockroach crawling on the food.

Pros: The location of the hotel was easy walking distance to sights, restaurants and even the railway. It was nice that they offered filtered water (hot/cold) and the end of the hallway.
Cons: The breakfast needs improvement
10.0 Excellent
Pros: nice breakfast
Cons: All good. But no EV
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location is awesome close to Arbat Street
Cons: Honestly I wonder why they call that place hotel. It seems to be something like old Soviet hostel with 0 facilities, what they show you on the internet and what you see in reality is damn different. First of all, they have no shampoo or toothbrush or toothpaste, second of all they all avoid when you’re in a help of something. Smell is incredibly bad because that place is being reconstructed and very dangerous to walk around. My booking info said I was going to be provided with free breakfast but they charged me so on. I’d say Stay Away from that this place.
7.9 Good
Pros: Thank you for the great service. It was a great location near the station, shops and restaurants. It's on the slope, so it's hard to return, but instead I saw a good view from the room. The front desk and the cafe, the cleaning staff all felt good. Especially the front desk, thank you very much for making it better. I want to go there again someday. Room number 422
7.5 Good
Pros: 1.The hotel staff speaks English and is kind. 2.The building looked old, but the room was clean. 3.It is located on the top of the slope, but it is close to the station, fountain street and town area, so it is easy to move around.
Cons: 1.There was no elevator, so it was hard to go up and down on the fourth floor and above. 2.I can hear the voice of the next room because the wall of my room is thin.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location is a big plus. It's one block away from the railway station and pretty close to the main square. Lots of shops and restaurants/cafes literally down the road from this hotel (it's up on a hill). Staff were also very helpful (one helped me call a cab with her phone since I don't have a Russian number). I have to add though that you get what you pay for. If you don't like a basic room with basic facilities, be willing to pay extra for something a lot more comfortable, although that's not to say I was uncomfortable here.
Cons: Probably the only problem I had was my narrow single bed.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It’s in a great location, only 10 minutes from the train station. It’s clean and comfortable and there’s a nice little cafe providing good value, tasty small meals.
Cons: The WiFi is very erratic and cuts out repeatedly. It’s not the hotel’s fault but some of the guests can be quite noisy, often having loud conversations up and down the corridors.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: No air conditioning
4.6 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Bed was uncomfortable. Only one sheet. Room cold
6.3 Good
Cons: 4 floors building Without lift . There are many tourist
