Guests consistently praise the hotel's proximity to the beach, which is its main positive aspect. However, the overwhelming majority of reviews express strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, mold, bugs, and unpleasant odors. Many guests also complain about poor service, including unfriendly staff and lack of communication. Additional negative comments mention uncomfortable beds and issues with the bathroom.
