Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing major cleanliness issues such as dirty rooms, mold, bugs, and poor maintenance. Service was also a frequent complaint, with reports of unprofessional or unhelpful staff, booking problems, and lack of daily housekeeping. The location was mentioned as average, with some finding it far from the center but walkable to certain attractions. Only a few reviews noted positives like friendly staff or convenient location, but these were outweighed by the negative experiences.
