The location.
It wasn’t clean. The manager didn’t answer our requests. The smell from the bathroom was EXTREMELY DISGUSTING and the only solution was to put a towel covering the tube. The pictures are completely different than reality. Poor maintenance.

The location of the hotel is Top! Very nice place and the most amazing places in Venice are near. The room is not so big, but is cozy.
Maybe need to have espresso machine in the room. For me is very important. Also with the coming of the evening, a lot of mosquitoes come out. We were outside and didn’t know for this - and my first night in Venice was with bad experience. My advice to the hotel - you can sell spray repellents! It will be easier for your guests.
