There was no working AC in our room. It was like a sauna. The pillows were so uncomfortable like cardboard and the sheets were like paper it was very uncomfortable and the staff were nice but didn’t move us or fix the air unit. By far the worst sleep I have had on holiday.

Cons (-) Old old old. Non functional facilities in the room. No blackout curtains! Noisy. Too much light when darkness is needed! My bathroom had a translucent door! With the wc just in front of it! Pros (+) The property was beautiful and clean. The location was so convenient. Close to port, train station, and the Grand Cannal! It was nice that our raye included buffett breakfast. The beds were the only thing I would suggest they improve. For a 4 star property, I was expecting cushier bedding.
