Pros (+) It was beautifully decorated in a classic style. It was befit to Venice. The staff were friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. We tried the classic and the delux room for 1 night each and both were great. The breakfast was delicious. The free drink at the bar was a nice touch with hors d'oeuvres hors d'oeuvre.
Cons (-) Internet was painfully slow often dropping to 0.50Mbps. The staff was helpful but failed to go the extra mile when asked about decade coffee for the room we were told they only had cafinated and couldn't give us decafe. The mattresses were extra firm and we prefer them on the softer side. The tv had almost no options for English speakers with no on demand movie option. There was no gym or pool.
