Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central and convenient location, making it easy to explore Venice and nearby attractions. The service and hospitality, especially from the host Carlo and other staff, were frequently highlighted as friendly, attentive, and helpful. Breakfast was generally considered plentiful and enjoyable, with several guests appreciating the quality and variety. Room sizes were often described as spacious and comfortable. However, there were mixed comments about cleanliness, with some guests noting dust, outdated furnishings, and occasional unpleasant odors, while others found their rooms clean. Some minor issues included inconsistent hot water and the classic, older style of the hotel, but these did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience for most guests.
