Pros (+) Everything! Beautiful hotel, great room, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, attentive staff
Cons (-) Wish we could have stayed longer

Pros (+) All food services
Cons (-) Floor plans complex and not safe. Basic facilities far from everything. Ground floor and lobby bathrooms are so hidden one needs a guide to find them. Many staircases have no hand rails. Cost of bottled water obscene! Drinking water is a basic necessity and should be available not priced as an expensive luxury.
