Pros (+) The location is close to the train and bus stations.
Cons (-) The musty smell of the hotel is really bad. The price was too high for what the hotel is really worth.

Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access Venice's main attractions and transport hubs. The staff is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several guests highlighting positive experiences at reception and with early check-in. Cleanliness is also a strong point, with many reviews noting well-maintained and tidy rooms. However, some guests found the beds uncomfortable and the room sizes small or compact. Overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness stand out most in guest feedback.AI-generated from customer reviews
