Pros:Reception, staff, location, bed, bathroom.
Cons:Unstable and broken WIFI, TV channels, A/C turned off for the whole building when daytime temperature still 25C, heat turned off for whole building when nighttime temperature below 10C, dirty entrance way outside, poor restaurant/room service options.
