Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently report poor service, with complaints about rude or unprofessional staff and lack of hospitality. Cleanliness is another major concern, as many mention dirty rooms, bathrooms, and an unclean pool. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some finding it good and others considering it basic or lacking variety. While a few reviews highlight positive experiences with staff and value for money, the overall impression is that the hotel struggles with maintenance, service, and cleanliness.
