Good for quick stay
The rooms were minimal but clean. We arrived late so had to chrvk in at the hotel next door. It was totally fine for a night and good for a family of four with small kids.
Weird check in with late arrival - not the best neighborhood

Tours! Great Location, Breakfast pretty good value and decent offering, Once you accept the basics the room and the amenities facilities etc. are fair. Housekeeping in Tours was good and efficient. Parking was good too and the Five Euros spent for the basement was well spent.
On arrival we found that one of our rooms was not booked even though I had received the conformation e mail just that day. The young lady in reception could not find the third room booking, but she was very helpful. a room was given for the night at Mercure whose receptionist was seriously in need of some friendly training. She was grumpy and rude and we think she just had a bad day for which our friends were the victims a Receptionist later in the day Some telephone system on each floor even since it is not possible in rooms. In case you have an emergency there is nothing in your hotel after the receptionist leaves, no telephone no connection no nothing. windows! It was seriously hot int he rooms and we could do nothing to open the window which only opened two inches or so. I know that the railway tracks make lots of noise which is why you must have two double glazed windows, but if only this can be opened a bit to get in more ventilation.
