The reception staff were very helpful and nice. We had a wonderful view from our room, Room fresh and clean,Location was great.

We didn't like the armchairs in the room, they were far too low for us but I think it was our age rather than the chair.

We were very reluctant to go in view of Covid and the hotel unfortunately would not refund or reschedule our trip despite numerous emails so in the end we decided to go. We stayed in room 725 which was large, clean, nicely decorated and very quiet with no neighbours on either side which made our stay so enjoyable (family of 4). The hotel was also very quiet due to Covid. Room was cleaned daily. Beds were comfortable and of good size (kings). Good size pool with sunbeds available at all times. Location was perfect, 10 steps to the beach. No entertainment in the evenings but understandably this was difficult in current climate. Reasonable prices at pool bar. Beautiful sandy beach - we spent a lot of our time there. The evening meals at the hotel were hit and miss, on some nights the food was delicious but the other nights the food was very bland (? chef dependent), nevertheless the choices were good and varied. Nice breakfast and coffee! Multiple bars and restaurants within short walking distance. Wearing face masks outside and inside the hotel did not bother us at all and we got used to wearing them very quickly. Good location for travelling. We rented a car and went to multiple nearby towns including Ronda, Mijas, El Chorro. We also took a day trip to Gibraltar. Beautiful breathtaking views.

The earliest time for the evening meals was 9pm. For us, this was extremely late with small children.

The hotel is such a nice place to stay,it’s in a great location next to the beach with nice views of the sea.It’s near everything you could want,restaurants,bars ,the marina and also shops. The place is so clean and well presented.It’s maintained brilliantly.The staff are really friendly and helpful and the hotel basically has a nice feel to it.Would recommend it to anyone.

To be honest there is nothing I didn’t like about the hotel and the rooms.

I think they should have hand sanitizer as you enter the restaurant especially now with Coronavirus.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the middle so an easy walk either to Torremolinos or to far end of Benalmadena. Our room was the corner overlooking the promenade with a wonderful view of the sea and towards the marina. There was lots of piping hot water which meant the shower and bath facilities were great. All the staff were extremely polite and friendly. There is a great choice of food both at breakfast and dinner with a nice selection of local dishes. There was lots of choice for non-meaters which for me was great. Very reasonably priced local wines in the restaurant. The rice pudding was fantastic! A great stay - very relaxing and easy.

The hotel is central location + situated on the promandae beach from absolutely amazing. We had a lovely corner room with sea/pool + promandae views brilliant. We ad sun on out balcony on the morning n well into the afternoon. Upon arrival check in was fast + the lady in question was ever so helpful. We had fruit, water + a bottle of pescesso in our room what a lovely touch. Our bed was double n so comfortable ❤️The breakfast was beautiful, hot + cold + something for everyone. We really ad a fabulous time n will definitely return x

The only negative thing I have about this hotel, is that they did not have any shower facilities on our departure. Our flight wasn't until late evening + we only had the toilets to change in (no showers) I know this is minor but it's lovely to spend the last day in the sun ☀️+ get a lovely shower + freshen up before we head for our journey home. Maybe something to think about as it's a beautiful big hotel + they must have a small spare room some were

Food was below average, breakfast was the best lunch and dinner needs more variation .Apart from that a lovely hotel would return.

So close to the beach and also to busstop. It is surrounded by restaurants and pubs

We had a good sized bedroom with a pool/beach view Only stayed on a Bed and breakfast board and it was good Our room was a good size with plenty storage fridge and tv Cooler in the evenings in November but our room was cozy with the heating on. Nice cheery staff especially Abraham.

We loved the location of the hotel. On the front, overlooking the sea and the promenade. Breakfast was very acceptable with a good choice.

there wasn't much we didn't like. Some of the decor was a little tired. The communal lounge was a little small but there was no room to make it larger.

Pleasent hotel, simple but comfortable rooms. Nice view from the balcony. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Sometimes we also joined the buffet dinner, it cost 12EUR/person and worth the price. Luggage room at disposal if you leave late ( as we did ) First row hotel by the promenade, plenty of restaurants, chiringuitos. Beautiful beach with easy access from the garden.

The breakfast had lots of choice something to suit everyone. The location of the Hotel was excellent so close to the beach and walking distance to shops bars and Restaurants. Great having BB1 etc on our TV as we sat in some evenings.

Cleanliness of the hotel room cleaned every day and so close to beech and shops. Room was big and beds were comfortable

Loved the recption staff on arrival they were so helpful, the first thing he said to me is i have a lovely room for you and it was.I Loved our room on the 10th floor,I want it all the time as with my hip i would sit on the balcony quite a bit so it was important to have a lovely view.i loved that it was centeral to both the Port and Carihuela. I would recommend it.

Only complaint was that the food was cold all the time.

Food rather basic Needs both types of eggs each morning and another tea & coffee station. More brown bread also. Music below balconies needs to stop at 11.30

The location was perfect. Minutes from the beach with lots of bars within short walking distance.

The safety deposit boxes were in the lobby of the hotel. No hair dryer in the room.
