YOU BETTER STAY AWAY - the manager/owner have 0 knowledge of costumer relation! they where literally SHOUTING on us!! we have booked a suite, arriving and noticing that the minimum amenity of a suite are not functioning - minibar and Jacuzzi in the room was broken! we have made it to knowledge to the unpleasant receptionist of the evening shift and she said somebody will come to fix it in 2 hours, when no body came and it was already dinner time we asked and she invent something about no body are able to fix it (so why wouldn't you call us in the room to inform us not to wait?) my sister is a religious and one of the reason we booked the suite is to be able to use the fridge and the Jacuzzi with privacy, she said she will inform the owner which never respond to us with a compensation, just the day after, before even meeting us he start to SHOUT on us "what do you want me to do?????" well maybe not shout and ask sorry for the inconvenience ?? it felt like the receptionist Filled his had about us. after shouting and not listening to us, he offered us WITH NO WILLING the second night free letting us feel like he is making us a favor or we are here to ask for it! SO RUDE. then at check out time he was again so unpleasant persone we asked to use the bike which we where informed to be able to use also at check out day he said fine.. o thanks?! when we ask explanation for the bill of the dinner he start SHOUTING AGAIN, what is wrong on explaining a bill ?! P.s. they charged us 2 times for BUFFET menu because we got up twice to take SALAD, do they know what BUFFET even means??! so after that he didn't like that we asked about the bill he decided not to give us the bike, i literally felt like talking to a little child, what are you 4 years old?? NEVER AGAIN make your self a favore and avoid, read the other BAD reviews and you'll understand.

- the evening shift lady was super unpleasant and not caring about anything in her job, looked like shes there without her will - super rude management not professional at all - they just can't handle simple complains. and infact it is full of elderly people that never complains which works well for them - only 1 good thing WE REALLY LOVED THE YOUNG MORNING SHIFT GIRL she better of in another place - we felt so many bad energy of this place just because of a very unprofessional and bad management P.S. the manger said " I'M WAITING FOR YOUR BAD REVIEW OH AND I WILL RESPOND" - seriously grow up! sometimes it is really enough to show empathy and say sorry for the incontinence it could have worked. (learn from the morning receptionist) oh ya and i added the pictures for guests to be worn of the BUFFET trick.. and the room condition
