Staff are very friendly and polite. The rooms are always clean and tidy. Hassle free check in and check out.
Fast food stores are not located very near. Will have to walk a bit to find fast food restaurants.
We didn't try the breakfast as the price was ridiculously expensive for what they were offering. There was a couple of convenience stores nearby and a 24 hour Denny's that we found later. The staff were very helpful with any problems/questions we had.
Hallways were extremely cold! The only meal offered was breakfast and it was too expensive. It would have been nice to have a cafe or something available. A late checkout would have been nice.
another place that was great value for money and the rooms were a lot bigger then usual Tokyo hotels!
The hotel is an easy (30 minute) walk from the Tokyo station. Subway is minutes away. Hotel is basic Western-style with a very, very small room and a hard, uncomfortable bed/pillow, but surprisingly has a large washroom with a full bath. Nice! There was a small fridge, desk, kettle, hair-dryer and TV. The staff were pleasant and very professional. Great value $578.74 Canadian for 5 nights. No breakfast included. And....there were great bath salts and other complimentary amenities available.
The bed was hard (uncomfortable) and the pillow was lumpy. I woke up with a sore back every morning, but resolved it with some Tylenol. No other issues to report.
The rooms are bigger than the average of Tokyo. The location is good, well connected to metro and Ginza. Rich breakfast and professional staff.
The rooms are quite dated and the bed and pillows quite hard.
