NICE people with a good actitud
Services was nice
It was a very nice place to stay.
I got the room decoration but it was not as described.
Location Price-Value ratio
Gym is closed too early and was not always clean. Breakfast is good but starts a bit late (not adequate for people leaving early for work).
Basic unfussy hotel in a great location. Nice staff. Clean rooms, including a couple free bottles of water. There is a good, included breakfast where you have 4-5 options which you can order off menu, with coffee/juice included (though their breakfast voucher method where you have to go back to the front desk seems unnecessarily complicated). Strong reliable Wi-Fi. No noise issues this time, though I was there mid-week.
I've stayed at the hotel before, so mostly knew what to expect. Unfortunately, I went with a more basic room this time which was not as nice as some of the larger more expensive suite rooms I've booked in the past. It wasn't uncomfortable, but there was more dated and worn furniture. I'd say this is a place worth shelling out an extra $10 or so for the nicer room. I still probably prefer Lucerna or the Marriott but they are usually much more expensive, and not so conveniently located.
