Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near Tianjin Railway Station and convenient access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Some reviewers found the hotel to offer reasonable value for the price and appreciated early check-in and helpful staff in a few cases. However, many guests reported negative experiences with service, including rude or unhelpful staff, language barriers, and poor customer service. Cleanliness was also a concern for several guests, who mentioned dirty rooms, dusty public areas, and ongoing renovations. Overall, while the location is a major highlight, improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.
