Pros (+) Bed was comfy
Cons (-) Better pillows you could sink into
Pros (+) Everything!!!! Staff extremely friendly.
Pros (+) I stay here yearly and it continues to maintain its good experience.
Cons (-) The rooms are a bit out of date.
Pros (+) Nice place.
Cons (-) After paying in full via kayak, they had additional "convince fee" of 45$ upon checking out, so getting blindsided by that is pretty tacky thing to do for a nicer place.
Pros (+) The location near the University was vibrant with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The pool area was also nice
Cons (-) For the price, we expected nicer rooms and services. The bathrooms are small, and rooms are a bit outdated. The recent carpet cleaning left a nauseating smell that made the stay uncomfortable.
Pros (+) Beautiful hotel with great customer service. Best hotel experience. Will book future stays here!
