Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and friendly, helpful staff. However, many reviews mention rooms without windows, cleanliness concerns, and issues with noise and room size. Some guests also experienced problems with hot water and basic amenities. Overall, while the location and service are strong positives, room comfort and facilities receive mixed feedback.
