The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet and the location was perfect for museum hopping. Room service was fast, fairly priced and the meal we ordered was very good.
We had stayed here before several years ago and it was very very nice. For the price we paid and the reviews I read, I was expecting a nicer high end hotel. The lobby is well appointed but sadly, I don't think the hotel has maintained the rooms very well or at least our room was "tired". The furniture was dinged up and the linens were old and nothing special. The bathroom had clearly been cleaned except for the grout which appeared dirty and poorly maintained. I was disappointed that they charged $16/night to park in their lot that was only 1/2 full as it was.
Excellent bar area. Very good breakfast plus free water. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
The room could have been more updated and carpet could have been cleaner.
modern and clean facilities
Location is excellent and the hotel was clean, but the room, especially the bathroom, needed a refresh. The artwork is outstanding, but that doesn't make up for the deficiencies.
We paid extra to be on the club level which was a total rip off! Worst club experience we have ever had. Don't waste your money as the breakfast is awful, and snacks consist mostly of package Cliff Bars. Powdered eggs, fruit plate never refilled, package bread, paper everything with plastic utensils, bottled orange juice from Mexico (awful).
