It was an art hotel! Lots of beautiful art on every floor and it all the meeting rooms. The design overall was amazing.

Beautiful 180 degree view of commencement bay and Mt Rainier from the Patron Suite. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was immaculately clean. Small fridge and a wine fridge. 2 bathrooms. The lobby bar was nice and there was art all over the hotel. Would recommend.

Pros (+) We got in late and tired and Sasha from front desk greeted us with great energy and her service was top notch. She was very understanding and helpful with our needs. Quick check in and quick check out, it was smooth and easy.
Cons (-) The only thing I can think of is the super thin toilet papers.....wished it was a tad better quality ;)

Pros (+) Excellent service from the valet, front desk staff, and even an engineer who had to come set up our television for us. The nicest hotel in Tacoma, and not a bad walk home from the Tacoma Dome after Lucky. Would stay there again for any events in Tacoma.

Pros (+) Modern decor, great pricing on rooms. Probably the best hotel in Tacoma.
Cons (-) Walls are thin so you can hear everything going on in the hallways. Trains are loud in the middle of the night. The chair in our room was pretty damaged looking. The faux leather was peeling off the back of the seat. It definitely needed to be replaced.

Cons (-) I'd really prefer not to pay for parking, but it wasn't a horribly high rate either.

Cons (-) Personal in restaurant could have been a bit more attentive. Waited a long time for second cup of coffee. Busy talking with each other. Not many people in restaurant so they had time to check on us.
