That was a shame the swimming pool was already close.

Great staff. Comfy bed.
No a/c. Had to move to other side of hotel because room was too hot due to sun in the afternoon.

The room was big with double bed, a lovely balcony with partial lake view, a safe, a fridge, all the comforts. Clean bathroom with small shower sink bidet and hairdryer. The front desk staff, especially the man when I checked in and the lady when I checked out were so very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good for an included meal. The location was perfect for train, ferry, even walk to downtown Stresa. The price was perfect, and I found standards were above other hotels on other lakes on my trip in the same budget.
I couldn't spend more time there. Also the hairdryer barely dries hair but this seems to be common in all the hotels.
