Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, which is close to nightlife, restaurants, bars, and public transport, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, many reviews highlighted serious cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, presence of ants and cockroaches, and poor maintenance. Service was frequently criticized, with reports of rude or unhelpful staff and lack of proper assistance. Some guests appreciated the spaciousness of certain rooms, but overall, the negatives regarding cleanliness and service outweighed the positives for many visitors.
