Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and access to city attractions. However, there are frequent complaints about poor service, with several guests reporting rude or unhelpful staff and issues with room allocation or pricing. Cleanliness is another major concern, with multiple reviews mentioning dirty rooms, old linens, and poorly maintained bathrooms. Bed comfort and bathroom facilities also receive negative feedback, with guests citing uncomfortable beds and inadequate or outdated bathrooms. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and room amenities.
