Pros (+) Despite being away from the busy Orchard Rd with the MRT stop directly linked to the hotel it was super convenient. The executive suites and facilities were lovey and the staff made us feel so special.
Cons (-) no power points in the bathroom for the shavers and hairdryers.

Pros (+) The hotel would get 5 stars but the Internet connection is very bad. I was there Ina business trip and needed a decen connection to do skype calls which was close to impossible. They don't even have a payed option for a faster internet.
Cons (-) A business level hotel should have a fast internet
