It was a big resort. A few shops nearby, spa facilities (at a price) good pool, good beach spot.
WiFi very poor limited to one person per room. The food is not at a good standard for inclusive. It looks like a great variety but the taste is bland and boring. A lot of chefs are walking around but no actual cooking has happened. The same thing nearly everyday and every meal time. Breakfast was the worst. More time in decorating the dining room than cooking anything. Also if you don’t like cAts this isn’t the place to be. Kittens/cats are everywhere. By the pool, outside in the garden and at the dinner table. I mean they even sit at the table with you beside the dining table as they crawl on the bench. The staff aren’t the friendliest, more interested and helpful to others than the English. Seemed to be a bit of racism towards the Brits. Hello and welcome to all but the English customers as we found out later on. Once checked into our room, we recorded no details of where things were. The pool, restaurant and etc had to be searched for. No direction for the local town or buses. We found this out a week later where the local town was. As it was out of the peak time and summer holidays were over, the hotel has closed a few of its facilities which we didn’t know about when booking so unhappy to not recorded the advertised incentives. We do have open minds about hotels but unfortunately this hotel wasn’t the greatest to spend 10 days at. Very boring and not entertaining.
Was clean and nice set out the hotel, nice beach
It would be nice if the staff could spoke little better in English and a bit more cheerful.
The hotel has a very big area with facilities for spending good time. The hotel offers a private beach with sun loungers. On the beach there is a bar for hotel guests. The rooms are big and with balcony. The rooms facilities cover all your needs. The restaurants provide fresh and quality food. Any request become reality here, thanks to the manager and the staff. The price-quality ratio is optimal. I highly recommend this hotel.
The receptionist was rude and ignoring
The rooms were clean and the place was calm
