Mostly location and price.
Very small room for family and too small of bathroom.
Great location with affordable price
Clean room in good location. With friendly owner. He helped me to find what I wanted.
My second room was clean but since it was right next to reception I heard the pulling and ripping tape, guest coming in and causing the door alarm to go off at 0500 but it was clean and this time I had enough room to actually fully open my luggage and since it's on first it made it easier to move luaggage when I left.
My first room was dusty, had cockroaches which I killed, and most of all had a leaking ceiling that woke me up at 0400 I ended up sleeping in a damp 1/3 end of the bed with my legs elevated on my large luggage and if the ceiling had stopped leaking I would go had to stay in that room for one more night before I could move. Unfortunately they couldn't fix the room so they had to move me to a hotel next door with the broken AC system and a screaming girl next door. My room was for two guests yet it was so small I could barely open my luaggage. I wasnt going to complain about the dust or the insects but I've pretty much had it doing an involuntary ice bucket challenge at 0400 and I couldnt get into 1st floor to contact anyone despite being able to get in a few hours earlier with the same code, I only had data.
Location wise is very good. Near to city centre and few lines of metro.
Fine location near Jonggak station, near main road buses and airport shuttle stop. Great towel (compared to its price and other stuff) Quiet room. Bed not too soft nor too hard.
The door doesn't work well so I had to input the password for many times. There isn't a table or chair in a double room. The public space is fine, but the light there is not allowed after 12pm. I could find the staff when one third of the times I wanted to find them. (You may say I could have use the emergency call, but sometimes it's not that emergent, but I still feel not very happy sometimes)
